Tanya's eating rules for kids and adults...
Eat 5-6 small meals/snacks per day!
Eat protein with every meal/ snack!
When eating a meal use this as your portion guide;
1 fist protein
1 fist starch/ carbs
2 fists fruit and/ or veggies!
Drink water all the time!
